    Projects Projects

The Fiske Center supports a wide array of projects that reflect the research interests of its staff and its overall commitment to the study of colonization, urbanization and industrialization over the past thousand years. Center projects take many forms ranging from cultural resource management assessments and surveys for local cities, towns and Tribal nations to large-scale interdisciplinary endeavors supported by the National Science Foundation. Collaboration is an earmark of Center projects whether it involves work between the staff or with Federal agencies, Tribal Nations, or archaeologists in other countries.
